Amuse-O-Matic Products & Procedures
Amuse-O-Matic is a full service amusement company. We provide, install, repair, and service all machines at our expense. For your convenience, all our games are serviced and maintained by regionally located route personnel, each of whom are carefully trained.
We take pride in what we do. Each of us here at Amuse-O-Matic understand that, as coin machine operators, our success as a company is measured by how much we contribute to your success.
EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION
Amuse-O-Matic is a full service amusement company. We provide, install, repair, and service all the machines at our expense. There is no financial investment needed by your company; you simply provide the space needed for the machines at each location. All equipment is labeled with our company name and toll-free service phone number. Our sales representatives can survey each location and recommend the appropriate size and type of machines best fitted to each store’s needs.
All machines are serviced and maintained by regionally located route personnel who are carefully trained. Average service occurs every one or two weeks as the location warrants. Service personnel are paid a commission of the gross collections at every location. This is their incentive to perform full route service including the cleaning of machines and prompt repairs if necessary. Each service representative is obtainable via cell phone for faster service. They are fully trained to perform any maintenance needs and carry parts in their company vehicles.
All money collections will be made in the presence of an authorized representative of your company. Amuse-O-Matic vehicles are unmarked for security reasons and contain safes, alarms, and dead switches. Using state of the art hand held computers, we log and track all machine sales and meter readings.
At every collection cycle, your store will receive revenue at the agreed upon commission rate. A copy receipt is completed and signed by our service person and your representative when the count is completed. One copy is left with the store and the others are returned to Amuse-O-matic for our records and for commission payments. Amuse-O-Matic will consolidate all commissions into one monthly check for all locations. With consolidated remittances, Amuse-O-Matic will also provide reports detailing the receipts from each location. A printed receipt is left at the location at the time of collection or payment can be received at the time of collection.
